Dr. Sam L. Savage, CEO

Sam is the author of The Flaw of Averages: Why we Underestimate Risk in the Face of Uncertainty and Chancification: Fixing the Flaw of Averages. He is inventor of the SIP (Stochastic Information Packet), Executive Director of 501(c)(3) nonprofit ProbabilityManagement.org, which developed the Open SIPmath™ Standards, and an Adjunct in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University.

Andy Cunningham, Go-to-Market Guru

Andy is Founder of marketing strategy firm, Cunningham Collective. She helped Steve Jobs launch Macintosh and played key roles in marketing such new categories as video games, personal computers, desktop publishing, digital imaging, and SaaS. Author of Get to Aha!: Discover Your Positioning DNA and Dominate Your Competition. Has worked with Dr. Savage since 1985.

Matthew Raphaelson, Director of ChanceAlytics

Financial industry executive for 25 years responsible for finance, strategy and analytics.  Former Executive Committee Trustee and Treasurer of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.  Was Dr. Savage's MBA student at Stanford in 1991 and worked with him to implement stochastic modeling with multiple organizations since 1995.

Dave Empey, Software Engineer

Director of Software Development at ProbabilityManagement.org. Has worked with Dr. Savage since 1994, developing simulation software and applications including the foundational application of probability management at Shell.

Richard Chevious, Data Engineer

Skilled Python developer, data engineer, and machine learning expert with experience in web applications, dashboards, and data systems. Proficient in Python, AWS, Metalog Distributions, SIPmath, and various other data tools. Builds and deploys scalable machine learning models. His skills extend to research and a co-authored peer-reviewed paper, showcasing a blend of academic and industry experience. Has worked with Dr. Savage since 2021.

Mary Claire Meijer, Logistical Support

Supports and coordinates the team. Manages scheduling and monitors project milestones. Multiple years of experience directing large volunteer staff. Has worked with Dr. Savage since 2017.
